- Total Flat Fee = $10K - paid as:
- $3K Enagement + $7K Contingency
✅ SOURCING & SCREENING SERVICE
- $7K/month
- $5K/month for 3-months = $15K
TERMS: 60-day, unconditional Replacement Guarantee assuming and dependent upon Contingency Fee being paid within 10 days of start date.
