- Typically we interview just 1 out of 5-10 resumes screened
6. Face-to-Face Interviews Held

7. Candidate-Client Match Evaluated
CANDIDATE & CLIENT MATCH EVALUATED
- After each Candidate is interviewed, they are evaluated to determine if they will be presented to the Client
- Typically we present 3-5 Candidates out of 12-15 who were interviewed
- We evaluate candidates' accomplishments, motivations to make a career move, their interest level in what the client offers, their personality and cultural match, and more.
8. Candidate-Client Interview Set
IF CANDIDATE MAKES THE CUT - INTERVIEW IS SCHEDULED
- We schedule Candidate for an Interview on the YOUR Calendar & Send Resume and Screening Notes
- OR we present Resume and Screening Notes and then assuming YOU want to schedule, we coordinate the Interview with Candidate
9. Client Feedback Obtained
YOUR FEEDBACK AFTER YOU INTERVIEW CANDIDATE IS DISCUSSED
- After you meet the 1st Candidate we gather your feedback verbally on the phone. This is also done after you interview the 2nd Candidate. If necessary we adjust the criteria.
- This helps greatly to ensure that you will want to make an offer to one of the first 3 candidates you interview.
10. Candidate Feedback Provided
FEEDBACK OBTAINED FROM CANDIDATE IS SHARED WITH YOU
- The in-depth feedback obtained from the candidate after the interview can serve multiple purposes for you.
- Aide in decision making and determining an offer
- Aide in adjustment of specs, interview process, and/or compensation
- Awareness of realism of Job Specs
- Save you time if the candidate is NOT interested based on any reason following the interview
